Marseille Convention Bureau

Marseille, dynamic and authentic city, brillantly combines a unique heritage, an easy access, an exceptional natural site, high quality congress facilities, an enhanced accommodation which allow to respond to any request for seminars, congresses but also product launches and team building activities.

Marseille, Euromediterranean Capital

A magical and magnificent natural site, 2600 years of fascinating history, the delightful charm of picturesque neighbourhoods, an idyllic climate, quick and easy access. This Jewel of the Mediterranean is endowed with exceptional touristic qualities, and its attraction has increased as Marseille-Provence was the European Capital of Culture in 2013.
For the past 15 years, the city of Marseille and its partners in the public and private sectors have been working together to make Marseille the Mediterranean destination of choice for business tourism. More than 660 million Euros have been invested in a wide range of sectors, vaulting Marseille into its well-deserved place among the great European metropolises.
Marseille is only a short flight away from most of Europe’s capitals, including London Heathrow, Berlin, Rome, Moscow, Madrid, Brussels, and others. Starting this spring, it also offers direct flights to New York. Marseille also has a high-speed train station, located in the heart of the city, with access to Paris in just 3 hours, as well as links to Frankfurt, Brussels, Geneva and Barcelona soon. Just a few more reasons for choosing Marseille.

Marseille, a dynamic and authentic city

On the ground, Marseille fully rises to the occasion, meeting the expectations of event organisers and offering a wide and full range of convention centres and event venues along with a significant collection of hotels (7459 rooms including 364 5-star rooms and 1583 4-star rooms), with more in development.
This city’s amenities have been further enhanced with several new original venues.
Real natural and cultural paradise, the city offers many activities thanks to 300 days of sunshine per year.
Located within the Office of Tourism and Conventions, the Marseille Congrès Convention Bureau provides a convenient single contact point and acts as advisor to those organising seminars, conferences, and events in Marseille. Our team has grown over the years and currently boasts a staff of 80 skilled professionals who are ready to help ensure that each event is unique and unforgettable.
